Fredrik Lestrup continues on top as Division 2 title fight tightens

There was once again no stopping the already crowned 2015 ADAC Procar champion Fredrik Lestrup who secured a double victory in the final race of the race weekend at Zandvoort. While Divison 1 is all set, the fight for the Division 2 title continues as Andreas Rinke reduced the gap to championship leader Ralf Glatzel to just five points.

Lestrup headed the field from pole position to win by two seconds over Ford driver Heiko Hammel in second place.

The Division 2 title fight will continue in the season finale at Spa as Citroën driver Rinke claimed class victory from pole position, beating championship leader Glatzel by three seconds.

Mini driver Steve Kirsch claimed victory in Division 3 but had to fight his way past pole sitter Dirk Lauth. Kirsch crossed the line a full 16 seconds ahead of Lauth to claim class victory.

The 2015 ADAC Procar season finale is held at Spa-Francorchamps on October 2-4th.
