Petr Fulín continues to reign in ETCC Nürburging practice

Krenek Motorsport’s Petr Fulín was fastest for the third consecutive time this weekend at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, finishing practice four-tenth of a second ahead of the identical SEAT León TCR of Zsolt Szabo.

Fulín and the LEIN Racing SEAT of Fábio Mota were both ordered into the pits during the session however for noise abatement issues with the Leóns.

In third was the Rikli Motorsport Honda Civic TCR of Christjohannes Schreiber, with Mota, who had a driveshaft problem yesterday afternoon and missed Free Practice 1, fourth fastest.

Peter Rikli was fifith quickest ahead of Norbert Nagy in the Zengo SEAT, with Andreas Pfister seventh in his SEAT ahead of three more SEATs, those of Igor Stefanovski, Mladen Lalusic and Anett Gyorgy.

Plamen Kralev failed to set a time, with the Kraf Racing driver stopping on his outlap at the start of the session in his Audi RS 3 LMS.

The ETCC qualifying session is scheduled for 14:10 CET later today.
