Peter Rikli wins second race at Oschersleben

Peter Rikli has won the second ADAC Procar race at Oschersleben ahead of Jens Weimann and Johannes Leidinger, and now moves to a clear third in the standings.

Leidinger started from pole position, but the Liqui-Moly Team Engstler driver was passed by Thate Motorsport’s Jens Weimann at Turn 14 on the first lap.

On the next lap, Rikli moved up into third and closed down on Weimann, passing him for the lead and holding on to win by 6.4 seconds.

Rikli now moves up to third in the standings, just two points behind Weimann, whilst Leidinger’s points lead over Weimann is now reduced to 22.

In Division 2 it was Jens Loehnig who took the class win in his Ford Fiesta, ahead of Kevin Krammes and Ralf Glatzel.
