Johannes Leidinger takes victory in race two

Liqui-Moly Team Engstler driver Johannes Leidinger hit back in race two, extending his championship lead with victory in race two, finishing 12 seconds ahead of Honda’s Christian Fischer.

Leidinger’s win sees him extend his championship lead to 29 points with 40 remaining from the final two rounds of the season, after championship rival Jens Weimann finished fourth in race two.

Leidinger’s winning margin was 12.326s over Rikli Motorsport’s Christian Fischer, with Yaco Toyota driver Michail Stepanov just under two-tenths of a second behind to claim the final podium position.

Ralf Glatzel took victory in Division 2 ahead of Kevin Krammes with Nils Mierschke third.
