Heiko Hammel makes it a double victory at Eurospeedway

The second ADAC Procar race at Eurospeedway Lausitz was just as the first race won by Heiko Hammel.

The Ford Fiesta driver started from pole position and won the race close to 14 seconds ahead of Team Dombek driver Reinhard Nehls and more than 43 seconds ahead of Franjo Kovac in third.

The fight for the division three victory was hard and fought between Mini drivers Thomas Tekaat and Steve Kirsch. The class lead was switched several times between the two, with Tekaat ultimately coming out on top to win the class by just seven tenths of a second ahead of Kirsch.

Division two saw Alexander Rambow fighting his way to victory after an early off track excursion. The Peugeot driver climbed back into the lead to win his class by small margin of just three tenths ahead of Citroën driver Andreas Rinke.

ADAC Procar continues at Red Bull Ring in Austria on June 6-8.
