Pierre-Yves Corthals put his DG Sport Compétition Opel Astra TCR ahead of Hezemans on lap four and then mounted his challenge on Van Hooydonk, but was also unable to pass the Dutchman.

Corthals best attempt came at Tarzan on lap seven, making light contact with the rear of the SEAT.

Hezemans then managed to repass Corthals on lap ten as the Belgian went wide at Masterkurve, but Van Hooydonk went to on take the win ahead of Hezemans with Corthals finishing third.

On the final lap, Alexis van de Poele in the Delahaye Volkswagen and the Team WRT SEAT of Denis Dupont made contact, with Dupont knocked out of the top ten. The stewards quickly ruled no penalty was required.
