Ekström wins Race of Champions

Mattias Ekström won the Race of Champions for the third time. The Swedish touring car ace beat Formula One legend Michael Schumacher in the final.
“To end it with beating Michael Schumacher is just fantastic. This is a very special day for me,” said Ekström.

Ekström won all of his races during the Race of Champions event in Beijin, China.

The final was extremely close as Ekström beat Schumacher with just a couple of tenths.

There were a number of touring car drivers present during the event, such as Yvan Muller, Andy Priaulx and Tom Kristensen.
