Giovanardi to race N.Technology Porsche

Fabrizio Giovanardi will make his SuperStars debut at Hockenheim next month in the new N.Technology Porsche Panamera S. N.Technology have confirmed that the multiple touring car champion, who has a long association with the team having driven for them in Italian, Spanish, European and World touring cars, will be behind the wheel of the Porsche when its race campaign gets underway.

N.Technology completed the first shakedown of the new Porsche racer on Friday at a karting track near Turin. Further test sessions are planned over the next couple of weeks to prepare the car for its SuperStars debut.

It was originally announced earlier this year that the Panamera would appear in the hands of Joao Barbosa at this weekend’s Portimao rounds, though that role has now fallen to Giovanardi, with the car instead scheduled to make its race debut at Hockenheim on the weekend of the 12/13 June.
