Team Porteiro tests three Spanish drivers

Team Porteiro tested three drivers ahead of the 2012 Superstars season in the form of Salvador Tineo, Antonio De La Reina and female racer Carmen Boix.
“We rounded out a test at the Alcarrás circuit and we immediately hit great results that raised our hopes for the 2012 season,” said team owner Santiago Porteiro.

Tineo has previously driven Mini Challenge in Spain, Reina has driven GT and SEAT Supercopa while Boix comes straight from karting.

Team Porteiro is going to run two BMW M3s next season, with one car already confirmed for former FIA World Touring Car Championship driver Felix Porteiro.
