Rudholm fastest in morning TTA test at Karlskoga

Robin Rudholm was fastest in the first morning session of the TTA test at Karlskoga today. The Saab driver lapped the track in 1:04.108, about three tenths ahead of BMW driver Richard Göransson.
“The car felt great to drive and the experience was far over expectation. The shakedown of yesterday went fine and to be quickest today so far is nothing but wonderful,” said Rudholm.

WestCoast Racing claimed positions two to five with Göransson in second, Fredrik Larsson in third, Martin Öhlin in fourth and Andreas Ebbesson in fifth.

Linus Ohlsson claimed sixth position ahead of Mattias Andersson in Flash Engineering’s second Saab. Viktor Hallrup was best Citroën driver in eighth but said that he was not focusing on setting lap times.
“I haven’t focused on setting times at all yet. It is all about getting to know the car and create a base for setups. The feeling of the car was good and we are continuing to work hard,” said Hallrup.

Stefan Söderberg and Tommy Rustad rounded off the top ten while the Volvo drivers focused on shaking the cars down during the morning session and noted times well off pace.
