TTA reveals points system for premiere season
The TTA – Racing Elite League has adopted the same points system as Formula One and DTM with 25 points to the winner and points down to tenth position.
The teams’ championship is going to use the same points system, but with two drivers per team scoring points together for the teams’ overall standings.
Points will also going to be awarded for qualifying with the driver on pole position getting three points, two points for second and one point for third.
A final point will also be awarded to the driver setting fastest lap in the race.
The race weekends features one race of 40 minutes with start at 15.15 CET on Saturday, with qualifying of 20 minutes at 11.00 CET earlier the same day.
The TTA – Racing Elite League kicks off this weekend at Karlskoga.
